For defective or damaged orders:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery, indicating the issue with attached photos.
- Return items within 10 days of delivery.
I do not accept cancellations, but if you encounter problems with your order, please contact me.
The following items cannot be returned or replaced due to their nature unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom orders
- Intimate items/swimwear (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Made to measure
- Digital downloads
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Products are shipped via courier with tracked shipping in 48 hours to Italy, including islands (Costs and couriers are indicated in the appropriate section).

Shipping costs include tracking but do not account for any customs duties or additional shipping costs charged by your country. Therefore, you will be responsible for such charges (if applicable).

On December 24, 2020, the UK and the European Union signed a trade agreement regulating the exchange of goods to and from the UK starting from January 1, 2021. From this date, every shipment to and from the UK is subject to customs procedures. Shipping costs include tracking but do not account for any customs duties or additional shipping costs charged by your country. Therefore, you will be responsible for such charges (if applicable).
