Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

All items are shipped from my Atelier in Italy. All items include shipping insurance.

ALXS products are unique, handmade items, so each product requires processing time before shipping. The processing time is indicated in the description of each individual item.

Depending on the location, shipping can take from 48 hours (Italy, including islands) to a maximum of 1 week (International).

During the processing of your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the order delivery date. You will receive updates on the status of your order via email. Each product requires processing time before shipping. The processing time is indicated in the description of each individual item.

Europe Shipping

Shipping costs include tracking but do not account for any customs duties or additional shipping costs charged by your country. Therefore, you will be responsible for such charges (if applicable).

UK Shipping

On December 24, 2020, the UK and the European Union signed a trade agreement regulating the exchange of goods to and from the UK starting from January 1, 2021. From this date, every shipment to and from the UK is subject to customs procedures, so shipping costs include tracking but do not account for any customs duties or additional shipping costs charged by your country. Therefore, you will be responsible for such charges (if applicable).

Delivery Issues

In the event of extraordinary circumstances causing delays, we commit to doing everything within our power to ship the ordered product(s) as indicated in the corresponding Shipping Confirmation within the specified date. However, delays may occur for various reasons, such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances, or the delivery area. In such cases, ALXS will contact you.

Unable to Deliver

If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after 30 days from the date your order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to cancel your contract, which will be considered resolved. As a result of the resolution of the contract, we will refund all amounts paid by you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs, if any).

Returns and Exchanges

ALXS does not accept returns or exchanges unless the items arrive damaged or defective. However, if you encounter issues with your order, please contact me.
