I accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective.
ALXS distances itself from mass production, and each item is made to order at the time of purchase (except where indicated). Therefore, orders cannot be returned after delivery unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to review the size chart. If additional measurements or more information is needed, please contact me, and I will be happy to assist you.
For defective or damaged orders: Contact me within: 5 days of delivery, specifying the issue with attached photos. Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery.
I do not accept cancellations.

Return conditions:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
