Cosplay

The passion for sewing and tailoring began for ALXS over ten years ago through cosplay, a hobby that has allowed her to work with various materials and create garments of various shapes over time.

If you desire a Cosplay or an Original by ALXS, write to me without obligation via email at alexiscoutureinfo@gmail.com with the subject "Cosplay Info."

Details:

• Send me a photo of the cosplay you want to create.
• We carefully study, in meticulous detail, the costume that will be created.
• Customer measurements will be taken attentively (if the customer is distant from our workshop, all necessary information will be provided to correctly take their measurements).
• Fabrics and materials will be chosen by mutual agreement (according to the budget) with the customer.
• Fittings on a canvas will be done to assess the fit of the garment and any modifications.*
• Once the canvas fitting is confirmed, the garment will be crafted and finally undergo further inspection to ensure there are no defects.

*If the customer is distant from our workshop, the canvas fittings will be done on a mannequin adjusted to their measurements, and photos and/or video calls will be sent. In any case, the customer will be constantly updated on the progress of their cosplay.

COST INFORMATION:

• The garment quote is evaluated based on difficulty (hours of work required for tailoring), fabrics, finishes, and materials.
• The quality of materials (fabrics, trimmings, etc.) will be decided in agreement with the customer according to their budget.
• A deposit equal to half of the agreed-upon price is required when the quote is confirmed; the remaining payment is made at the end of the service the day before the garment is shipped.
• Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• The customer and ALXS will mutually agree on the shipping method and courier.
